I maintained the company's large and constantly growing multimedia database, created standards for the organization of content, assisted with the taxonomy and nomenclature design, and made usability recommendations that were implemented.

I wrote articles and created videos for the site, and promptly addressed any queries from Rock Peaks users.

I also helped with the promotion of the website, and this involved setting up a number of events at the Drake Hotel in Toronto.
